Returns Policy
If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we will be more than happy to accept a return. Returns are refunded only via store credit in the form of a Yelitza Villafane Atelier E-Gift Card. Yelitza Villafane Atelier does not issue store credit for the original shipping charge.
Please send us an email to samuelmusa123@gmail.com specifying which item you want to return. A Return Authorization Number will be issued. This number must be written outside the package. Returns without this number won't be accepted.
Returns must meet the following requirements;
• Items must be shipped out within 7 days of the order being delivered. As evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
• Accessories including but not limited to belts and hats are Final Sale. Also bodysuits are Final Sale.
• Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original bag, tags and labels attached.
• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains/condition will be refused and shipped back to you.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You must provide the tracking number for your return.
• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they're packed up properly. Also keep your proof of postage.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know when the exchanged piece will be shipped or that the store credit is approved.
• Merchandise will be exchanged only once.
• Store credit has no expiration date.
• Items on Sale, Clearance, Holiday Specials and/or Final Sale can't be returned, exchanged or receive a store credit.
